I have been in the real estate business for quite some time now. We develop small subdivisions that are good for families that are just starting out. These houses are just bungalows with lovely gardens and spacious backgrounds so that the little toddlers can learn how to walk just outside the house. All families dream to have a house of their own. Father long to put a decent roof over their kids’ heads and they want for them to grow in a very healthy environment.
I grew up in a subdivision. In this kind of neighborhood the children are given a proper place to play and hang out and parents do not have to worry about who their children are fooling around with because everyone knew each other. The neighborhood will be like a big family and everyone cared for each other.
For my subdivisions, I only hire the best Minnesota real estate agents. I want agents that understand my vision and I want agents who can sell my vision to families who are looking for a house to start their lives in. It is not easy to sell houses to people but if you sell them more than just a dream, the job is a piece of cake.
What kind of life do you want for your family? Do you, like me, want them to grow up in a loving environment where everyone in the subdivision is their friend? I want every house to be an extension of the other.
