Software management has never been this unsafe. Our company has been hiring people with criminal records to set-up fire walls against the other companies. These programmers are geniuses and criminals at the same time. We have only just begun a small company for five years and I believe we are getting bigger and the net worth of company consequentially gets larger. Many may have personal interests so we should be careful enough in hiring the programmers. They are experts in spying and deceiving and their interests are still questionable. We may offer a great salary but the worth of the company is still something more. Of course we employ hierarchical secrecy but it does not take a few friendships to ruin this. Canadian criminal records will not tell us all, we need something more than that. Even the tiniest of crimes can cause a lot. We do not belittle the efficiency of the Canadian offices but there are undocumented scenes we might lose on the way and there is no space for error! This takes time too. We are not detectives, we are the human resources department and so this is beyond our scope. So the company suggested we find more ways to learn about the applicants’ background. We did find Info Cubic and it has lifted a significant workload on our shoulders. Employee drug screening was also a bonus we have never really done before in the DOT’s perspective. International Employment screening was one of the best features especially for our foreign applicants.
